Why didn't the color turn out as expected?
Follow the application instructions carefully, massage thoroughly as directed and use the specified processing time. The outer packaging provides reference images for different base hair colors.
Actual results vary from person to person. Do not extend the processing time beyond the package directions to try to force a different result.
Why does nothing come out when I press the pump?
The supplied directions recommend gently shaking the bottle or pressing the pump several times before use to activate dispensing.
If the pump still does not dispense properly, or only one side comes out, stop using it and contact customer support.
What should I do if I feel stinging or burning?
Stop using the dye and wash your hair and scalp thoroughly with mild shampoo and water. Seek medical advice if symptoms persist or get worse.
