Self-applying lifting straps with a wrist-loop design. Add grip assistance to your pulling routine and take time to get your setup right.
When your grip becomes the limiting factor, lifting straps offer another way to approach your pulling sets. Practice the setup before adding working weight.
Use straps as an accessory to your pulling routine.
Learn the orientation and wrapping action before your working sets.
Check the fit and tension so you can give attention to your technique.
A sewn wrist loop meets a broad, flat strap in a white and grey camouflage finish. Look closely at the weave, edges and stitching before each session.
For appropriate pulling exercises such as rows, deadlifts and shrugs. Check equipment compatibility and use only with a setup you can control and release.
Follow the supplied fitting guide to set the correct orientation. The wrist loop should feel comfortable.
Position the strap around the bar as instructed. Check that it lies flat and that both sides are set consistently.
Practice tensioning and releasing before progressing to working weight. Recheck the setup between sets.
Includes two lifting straps in the white and grey camouflage style shown. No additional accessories are pictured as included.
One pair of lifting straps: two straps in the white and grey camouflage style shown.
These are lifting straps for grip assistance during pulling exercises. They are different from compression wrist wraps.
Check fit and orientation on your own equipment. Self-applying describes the setup design and does not remove the need to grip, tension and check the straps.
Practice on an unloaded bar or with a light load, follow the supplied guide and get coaching if needed.
No. Results depend on your training, technique, equipment and individual ability. No guaranteed load increase is claimed.
